Rapert Praises Hospital Worker Vaccine Injunction; Calls for Reinstatements

Temporary injunction ‘big deal’ for Arkansans

CONWAY, Ark. – Arkansas Lieutenant Governor candidate and State Senator Jason Rapert (R-Conway) today released the following statement regarding today’s preliminary injunction against the Biden Administration’s CMS vaccine mandate that threatened the jobs of health care workers in Arkansas:

“This is a big deal for the many Arkansas health care workers who were regarded as heroes at the start of the pandemic but then were threatened with the loss of their jobs due to the Joe Biden vaccine mandate.  I call on health care facilities that have already let go of these heroes in anticipation of the CMS regulation taking effect to reinstate these workers and let them get back to their calling of caring for Arkansans.”
